The guarantee will become null and void if the article is damaged by mishandling or alteration or repair by any person other than our authorized Lounges, We do not cover against any loss of stones, nor does we cover against any consequential loss or damage.

All matter related to the jewellery will be attended to only on producing the proof of purchase.

The company reserves the right to add, amend or remove any of the above clauses without notice.

Gold rate will be applicable as per the current Rate & Weight.

Loss or Damage of Diamond & Gemstone will be Reassessed.

Gold weight may vary by 1gm. It is handmade, in case of gram variation money will be refunded or charged extra.

At the time of replacement, weight will be adjusted, local tax applicable.

The amount confirmed of article of the jewellery should be deposited in company's account within 24 hours(1 Day).

All disputes shall be subjective to the jurisdiction of Delhi court.
